Marination Heat Exchangers CAT’S versatile inline marination heat exchanger is designed to chill marination to thirty-two degrees for your injection process. Available in Glycol or Ammonia models from six to fifteen tons of refrigeration capacity. Twelve tube four pass straight thru design simplifies the sanitation process and achieves a four degree temperature drop each cycle. Touch screen controls have three sensors mounted to protect against freeze up and optimize performance. Units come pre-insulated to reduce installation time.
